Installation:
Field Representation available to assist Owner or Contractor.
Factory field services are available.
Field Technician - $300 per day plus travel, food and lodging.
Assistant Field Technician - $200. per day plus travel, food and lodging.
Note: Owner is responsible for paying the sub-contractors and their expenses and for signing a contract directly with the sub-contractor, securing a temporary work permit for the sub-contractors from Bahamas Immigration. As a guide, the average cabin takes approximately six days or less to install to "dry-in" condition, weather permitting.
Foundation or foundation components (piers, footers, block, concrete, etc.) are not included. General foundation plans (stem wall, slab foundation, or piers/pilings to be supplied by Island Gal. Engineering, if required, is the responsibility of the owner. Island Gal will supply three (3) sets of construction drawings. Additional drawings are available @ $50.00 per set.
Pricing includes all of the above mentioned material. The "shell" includes wall panels, siding, windows, doors and roofing materials, are duty and stamp tax free FOB Nassau, Bahamas. All other materials for the cabin are subject to Bahamas Customs & Duty and Ocean Freight FOB a Florida port. (Approximately $33,000.00 of dutiable goods.)
