The "Sound Cottage"

The "Sound Cottage"  is perfect for the small family or a nice getaway cottage. 32' x 30'. It features 960 sq. ft. on the main level with 240 sq. ft. upstairs. It is a compact cottage which utilizes space to the maximum. Incorporate a loft if you like. Enjoy the balmy breezes on a covered porch!

The "Island Cottage"

The "Island Cottage"  is an ideal vacation or Retirement home. 32' x 36'. While including the most sought after features of our other plans, it contains 1152 sq. ft on the main level and 288-578 sq. ft. in the loft and an open cathedral ceiling in the great room.

The "Beach Cottage"

The "Beach Cottage"  is Island Gal’s largest model. This 32' x42' ft. home offers 1344 sq. ft. of living area on the main level and 336 to 672 sq. ft. in the loft. Options abound in this home from spacious open loft areas to maximum floor space up stairs.
