Fee Schedule
Engineering Fees Island Gal Homes can provide engineering stamps on blueprints for all municipalities. Engineering stamps for all Standard Island Gal Floor plan Packages are $.65 (sixty five cents) per square foot with an $850. minimum charge. Engineering stamps for all Custom and Commercial Island Gal Floor plan Packages ill be on a QUOTE ONLY BASIS. THIS IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICING.
Architectural Stamps Some building departments may require architectural stamps on your plans. Should you need architectural stamps; Island Gal Homes con provide this service. The fees for these are on a QUOTE ONLY BASIS. THIS IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICING.
Renderings A few building departments or architectural review boards may require computer generated or hand-drawn renderings of your exact floor plan or home. The fees for these are on a QUOTE ONLY BASIS. THIS IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICING.
Commercial Projects All commercial projects are required to be reviewed by Island Gal’s Operations Department. Upon acceptance of the commercial project, all drafting and/or engineering fees will be on a QUOTE ONLY BASIS. THIS IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICING.
DRAFTING FEES Island Gal’s Drafting Department provides C.A.D. drawn standard or Custom Floor plans for your new home. General Construction Blueprints are included with the purchase of Standard Floor Plans and sold for any customer purchasing one or more Island Gal unit(s), including connectors and/or wings where applicable. These drafting services include: 1. A scale drawing of the customer’s sketch or adapting as an existing drawing (with changes). 2. Providing a door and window schedule. 3. Three (3) sided elevation (side, front, back) and one isometric elevation 4. Roof and floor framing layouts for any Island Gal home with wings/connectors. 5. Two (2) free hours of revision time for floor plans, additional revision time is $75.00 per hour. The blueprints will correspond with the model size of the floor plans ordered. The blueprints contain all the information and details needed to build your Island Gal Home. Standard Plan Fee Schedule Price: $1,600 for Three Sets General Construction Includes: Three (3) sets of General Construction ($45 for each add’l. set. Blueprints* Three (3) sets of Standard Floor Plans** * Standard floor plan is an existing CAD drawing. NO changes are permitted. Changes to an existing floor plan constitute a custom floor plan. Some standard plans may require engineering. ** The General Construction Blueprints do not include electrical, plumbing or HVAC details.
